Kent Ducote is a licensed General Contractor in California, as well as a developer, spec builder, and skilled carpenter. He started his career by completing a Carpenter's Union Apprenticeship Program in Northern California before serving as a foreman, Project Manager, and Superintendent for multimillion dollar projects and managing over a hundred carpenters. He has built and developed a variety of commercial and residential projects of all sizes all over Washington, California and Texas. Always seeking to grow both personally and professionally, Kent is currently enrolled in the UC Berkeley Construction Management program part time.

Kent lives with his wife and two dogs on San Juan Island, in a home he built nestled in the forest. When he is not enjoying the outdoors or working on his ever expanding garden, he loves spending time with his three grandchildren. He feels lucky to work with such a great group of folks, many of whom have been with him for several years.
